To find out more about this great work visit.

If you can help, CFINE need stocks of non perishable items to boost their Foodbank.  Recently they had a run on the foodbank and gave out 119 parcels in 1 day.  The average is about 50.

You can find them in supermarkets across Aberdeen.   They will be at Tesco on Wellington Road, Torry Friday 8th September about 9 am - 5 pm with their food drive. Do think about giving even a tin of beans or  tin of fruit.

The interview was recorded as part of a live Gospel Cafe show at St Columba's Church of Scotland coffee mornings held on the last Friday of every month 9 am - 11 am.  You will also hear appreciative people coming up to Kenny Brandy the guest speaker after his address.

Kenny Brandy became Supt at the Aberdeen Branch of Fisherman's Mission which is based on Market Street in Aberdeen.  He works closely with Rev Howard Drysdale who heads up The Seafarers Centre - just door.

Kenny has a fishing background from the Fraserburgh area.  He knows just what it is like on fishing boats out in the N sea 8-10 days at a time in heavy seas so can empathiase with fishermen and families where there have been accidents and bereavements.

Kenny can be found at

Address: 196 Market St, Aberdeen AB11 5PQ

Kenny and the Fishermen's Mission Volunteers need both prayers and financial support.
