Today , Ashley and Helen from SamH- Scottish Association for Mental Health were invited to St Colmbas Church of Scotland in Bridge of Don who hold monthly coffee mornings to high light and raise funds for different organisations.

SAMH were the beneficiaries this month.

Ashley and Helen were joined by Christa Reid who has also helped to raise awareness for aspects of SAMH's Work.
