Embrace it!

“Divine” - coming directly from God

Col 1.16 “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.”

“Exchange” - Col 1.20”And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.”

Psalm 109.5 They have put on me evil for good; hate in exchange for my love.

1. (Forgiven) Jesus was punished, that we might be forgiven.

2. (Health) Jesus was wounded, that we might be healed. (Isa 53.4-5)

3. (Righteousness as a free gift) Jesus was made sin with our sinfulness, that we might be made righteous with His righteousness.(Isa 53.1-; 2 Cor 5.21)

4. (The life of God) Jesus died our death, that we might receive His life. (Heb 2.9)

5. (Blessings) Jesus was made a curse, that we might enter into the blessing. (Gal 3.13-14)

6. (Abundance) Jesus endured our poverty, that we might share His abundance.

7. (Glory) Jesus bore our shame, that we might share His glory. (2 Cor 8.9; Matt 27.35-36; Heb 12.2)

8. (Family of God - Royal, sovereign heritage and inheritance) Jesus endured rejection, that we might have His acceptance with the Father.(Matt 27.46-51; Eph 1.5-6)

9. (Eternal existence) Jesus was cut off by death that we might be joined to God eternally.(Isa 53.8; 1 Cor 6.17)

10. (Godliness Nature) Our old man was put to death in Him that the new man might come to life in us.(Romans 6.6; Col 3.9-10)
