GOSPEL4GRAMPIAN Radio

Victoria Gospel Hall was filled to the maximum with an excited group of youngsters, parents, guardians and summer camp staff last Saturday 2 March.  What follows is the highlights of the evening.

One of the biggest highlights was The Summer Camp film.  Our recording could not do justice to the amazing footage. We have just a small section of this.

Pupils from Riverbank School in Tillydrone in Aberdeen teamed up with officers from Police Scotland @policescotland to confront and survey drivers who were speeding along Hayton Road.
A school boy from New Elgin School helped his little sister after she became injured at an accident at their home.  He reacted straight away performing First Aid to stem the bleeding and keep his sister calm until help could arrive.
We will be covering First Aid for CPR, Heart and Shock as our Second Community Element. We take the advice from St John Ambulance
A Centenarian at Angusfield House Care @brighterkind_Home recently celebrated her 100 th Birthday.  She is very popular due to her positive and gentle disposition. She puts her longevity down to being well cared for.
The NE community has rallied around a terminally ill mother of two who will celebrate with a dream wedding.  Businesses and individuals have made sure that Laura Colborne and her future husband Steve will have a wedding to remember and can give special memories to their two daughters.

This Saturday 7pm on Gospel4Grampian listen out for the NE CYC (Christian Youth Camps) Reunion complete with lots of singing, lots of memories, A message, Prayers and Kevin's Whacky Quiz.  Here's a sneak Preview.
