Recently Rob visited Aberdeen Seafers Centre in Market ST in Aberdeen.  
Rev Howard Drysdale spoke about the great work on the Centre, most recently adding Sea Shed to its work.
An upper room at the centre was filled with busy volunteers packing up and wrapping woollen hats of many colours to givevout to sea farers.  This work is on going on reguylar evenings in September to reach the target 3,000 hats.

Woodside Community Centre recently celebrated with 2 volunteers as they celebrate 60 years of service between them. THe ladies are Sylvia Davidson and Rosella Thompson.
A N E Chipper - Low's Traditional Fish and Chips in Westhill is celebrating being Scotland's Best Fish and Chip Shop.  It is still in the competition to be Nationally recognised across the UK along with 9 other companies.  The companies are being assessed by Seafish.
A family withy an autistic son is delighted with a new fence constructed at their home by The KPA - The Kyber Pass Association and its volunteers. The family say that the new fence has made a huge difference to them.
Metro Aberdeen Club Member Ruth Wolfe has completed a 235 mile run from the east coast to the west coast of Scotland to raise funds and awareness about mental health issues. To find out more visit Mental Health Aberdeen.

Interview with Val Waldeck

Val Waldeck is an associate with Fergus Bucan.  She first got to know him on the farm in S Africa when she was writing Faith like Potatos - Angus's Biography. She has since written Fergus's Biography.  She is an author and pastor in her own right.  Her particular passion is End Times.
