Prayer is Talking to God. Christ Jesus made it possible for us to come to God about all things. When we pray using God's Word, He listens.
Often times, life is so busy with so many distractions and demands, its hard to make time for God. The first part of the program tackles these things, not only in our lives, our countries but around the world.
In the next part of the program, we give mention to the work of the Bible Society and their new initiative to post prayers for Africa on a Prayer tree also Open Doors - Using their booklet World Watch, we take time to pray for the African countries and issues there.

Eddie Lyle and his wife Christine came and spoke to Kings Community Church about the work of Open Doors and of their own journey. Eddie kindly gave us some time before this evenings service to voice his concern about Christians who are being persecuted for not being afraid to carry the message of the saving Grace of Jesus Christ to nations. This is a lesson for and a wake up call to the churches. I thought it too important not to share this now.
