Inspiration brought to you by WOAC on Air ___________________________________________________________________________ Topic: Women Gird Up Your Loins
Part 1 - Episode 82 - 85 addresses all the fruits of the Spirit and the benefits of the fruits in our personal lives. As an example:
1. Fruit of Gentleness makes us a great - Psalm 18.35 You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great.
2. Fruit of Joy gives us strength - John 15.11“These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. Neh 8.10 background they had rebuilt the wall, it came with a lot of persecution, and finally when they officiated they celebrated the day of the Lord the people mourned and weeped, and Ezra the Priest tells them “Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength.”
3. Fruit of Love enables faith to work in our lives - Gal 5.6For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.
Faith works by LoveMatthew 22.36 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
Deut 6.5 5And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
Episode 86 - How does walking in the Spirit look on You?
Prosperity in soul and body. John 3.2 Beloved, I pray that in every way you may prosper and enjoy good health, as your soul also prospers. Faith works inside out when we love God it activates His faith from our spirit outwardly...why must we love God with all our mind and soul, because our mind and soul can be block the faith of God which is drawn from our spirit man outwardly. When we Love God with all our heart and soul and strength and mind we experience the faith of God in every area of our life.
Women Gird up Your Loins?
1. What does this mean?
Prepare / Equip / Empower yourselves through knowledge of Word of God by the inspiration of Holy Spirit, including Praise and Worship, submission to the Word of God.
2. Why do we need to Gird up our Loins Listeners?
Women of Africa Care Pty Ltd
A. We are God’s Family and must uphold our heritage
1 Peter 2 9But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
3. How do we uphold our heritage?
i. As God’s family we must be holy
1 Peter 1.13 13Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; 14as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; 15but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
Christians. We are required to have a holy conduct, without “girding up the loins of our mind, be sober” when cannot fulfill the conduct of a holy nation that is required as God’s people.
Definition of Gird according to biblehub GreekTranslation:
Part of Speech: VerbTransliteration: anazónnumiPhonetic Spelling: (an-ad-zone'-noo-mee)Definition: to gird upUsage: I gird up, brace up (with a view to active exertion); a metaphor from the girding of the flowing tunic, to prevent its hampering one in active work.
328 anazṓnnymi (from 303 /aná, "up to down" and 2224 /zṓnnymi, "gird, take out slack") – properly, raise up a tunic (= "tighten the belt"), "girding oneself"; (figuratively) getting ready (prepared) to move quickly, i.e. where someone needs to go and arrive at without delay.
ii. Being Watchful so that 1 we don’t miss the rapture, 2 we have a good reward for our time on earth?
Luke 12.35 Be Ready for Service (Watchfulness)
35Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; 36And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. 37Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. 38And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
39And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. 40Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
Then Peter said to Him, “Lord, do You speak this parable only to us, or to all people?”
42And the Lord said, “Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food [h]in due season? 43Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 44Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has. 45But if that servant says in his heart, ‘My master is delaying his coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and be drunk, 46the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. 47And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will shall be beaten with many stripes. 48But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
Where much is given to you, much will be required, you are going to measured for your role as a parent, spouse, community leader, and vocation
1. Your children need you?2. Your spouse needs you if married. 3. Communities need you?
4. Vocation - You have a purpose designed on purpose and need you?
i. To be effective in your role as a mom, business women, profession you need to prepare yourself?
Girding her self in gives her strength to be productive in business, caring for the community and looking after her household. (Gird is studying God’s word, praise and worship - obedience to the instruction of God’s word)
Prov 31.17- 20 She girds herself with strength, And strengthens her arms.18She perceives that her merchandise is good, And her lamp does not go out by night.
19She stretches out her hands to the distaff, And her hand holds the spindle.20She extends her hand to the poor,Yes, she reaches out her hands to the needy.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands,And let her own works praise her in the gates.
ii. Vocation - Public Speaking / Pastor / Community Leader / Teacher - prepare yourself
1 Jeremiah.1. 17Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound thee before them. - (tucked up his cloak around his belt and stood up to speak)
To run on an errand Elijah had to prepare himself - 1 Kings 18 46And the hand of the LORD was on Elijah; and he girded up his loins, and ran before Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel. - (tucked up his cloak into his belt. Loins is a belt around your waist, hip.

Gospel4You - 'The Father's Heart'
Monday Mar 11, 2024
Monday Mar 11, 2024
Our heart at Gospel4Grampian is to reach out with God's Love and Word to every language group around the world. It's The Father's Heart to welcome back 'prodigal sons. 'Whosoever believes shall not perish but shall have Everlasting life.'
The following is a story told by Jesus Christ to demonstrate The Father's Heart and His Love for each one of us. What is Your Response?
Luke 15:11-24
The Parable of the Lost Son
11 Jesus continued: “There was a man who had two sons. 12 The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.
13 “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. 14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 16 He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
17 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18 I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ 20 So he got up and went to his father.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.
21 “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. 24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.

Inspiration brought to you by WOAC on Air ___________________________________________________________________________ Topic: Beware of False Doctrines - Walk in the Spirit
Recap of seriesPart 1 - Episode 82 - Love - Fruit of the Spirit. WOAC highlighted that all the other fruits are birthed from the
Love of God 1 Cor 13.7 Love believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.”
Part 2 - Episode 83 Joy,Peace, Gentleness - Fruits of the Spirit. WOAC highlighted the importance of Abiding in the vine - John 15:4-9 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
Part 3 - Episode 84 - Goodness, Kindness, Patience - Fruits of the Spirit. WOAC highlighted Dying to self - Why do we need to die to self?
Part 4 - Episode 85 - WOAC presents Self-Control, Faithfulness - Fruits of the Spirit.
Faithfulness is an act of self based on revelation we have of God in our lives. Rev 12.11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death
Faith on the other hand is produced from God - not works In Scripture, faith and belief are not exactly the same. Faith always comes from God and involves His revelation therefore faith is beyond belief! Faith is God's work; faith is never the work of people. We cannot produce faith ourselves, nor can we "drum it up at will." Rather, faith comes as Christ speaks His rhçma-word within (see Ro 10:17, Gk text).(biblehub)
Self-control - is the grace of God that enables us to resist temptations that will cause us to act contrary to God’s ways examples of out of control is acts of rage, inability to resist sexual temptations, stealing, addictions.
Conclusion : How does walking in the Spirit look on You?Paul writes to the Galatians churches and He introduces his letter to them as follows:
Women of Africa Care Pty Ltd
Galatians 1 To the churches of Galatia:
3Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, 4who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, 5to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Only One Gospel - 6I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, 7which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert[a] the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be [b]accursed. 9As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. 10For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.
False doctrine labeled as part of Christian faith exposed in The Gospel Coalition (TGC)
How to avoid the trap of false doctrines1. Accept Jesus Christ is the life giving Spirit (Giver of Eternal life)
John 20.30 And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; 31but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.
1 Cor 15.45 And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
2. Accept Jesus as God the Savior of the world - John 3.16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
3. Accept there is one God represented as 3 persons - Trinity
Matthew 28.16 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19Go [c]therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
God is a plural word (hebrew) - and represents God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
Below from (TGC website)the Father (1 Pet. 1:2),Jesus (John 20:28; Heb. 1:8), andthe Holy Spirit (Acts 5:3-4).Each of these three possesses the attributes of deity—including
omnipresence (Ps. 139:7; Jer. 23:23-24; Matt. 28:20), omniscience (Ps. 147:5; John 16:30; 1 Cor. 2:10-11), omnipotence (Jer. 32:17; John 2:1-11; Rom. 15:19), and eternality (Ps. 90:2; Heb. 9:14; Rev. 22:13).
4. Accept that God is only 3 persons (Father, Son and HolySpirit); that the labels of the names below is a descriptive word revealing the qualities and attributes of God:
Elohim reveals God is more than 1 person (Hb. ‘God; Gen. 1:1) - the name describes them God as more
than one person, Rulers, Divine Ones, Judges)
Exodus 3.14 Moses asked who must I say has sent me, God said say “I Am who I Am. Say to the people of
Israel I AM sent me to you.” “God” in this hebrew is Elohim (Plural for Gods, Rulers, Divine Ones)
El Shaddai (Lord God Almighty) Gene 17.1
El Elyon (The Most High God) - Supreme
Adonai (Lord, Master)- Absolute Ruler
Yahweh (Lord, Jehovah)
Jehovah Nissi (The Lord My Banner)
Jehovah-Raah (The Lord My Shepherd) - Who is described as the Shepherd Jesus Christ
Jehovah Rapha (The Lord That Heals)
Jehovah Shammah (The Lord Is There)
Jehovah Tsidkenu (The Lord Our Righteousness) - Who has given us His righteousness through Jesus
Christ our Lord and Savior
Jehovah Mekoddishkem (The Lord Who Sanctifies You) - Who has sanctified us - Jesus Christ through His
blood
El Olam (The Everlasting God) - God always existed
Elohim (God)
Jehovah Jireh (The Lord Will Provide)
Jehovah Shalom (The Lord Is Peace) - Did Jesus not say I leave my peace with You, I give you my Peace?
Biblically, while it is true that there is only one God (Isa. 44:6; 45:18; 46:9; John 5:44; 1 Cor. 8:4; James 2:19), it is also true that three persons are called God in Scripture:
The Bible indicates that there is three-in-oneness in the Godhead (Matt. 28:19; cf. 2 Cor. 13:14).
5. Accept Jesus Christ is God and is equal in the Trinity
False religion believe that Jesus was created as the archangel Michael before the physical world existed.
Biblically, however, Jesus is eternally God (John 1:1; 8:58; cf. Ex. 3:14) and has the exact same divine nature as the Father (John 5:18; 10:30; Heb. 1:3).
Indeed, a comparison of the OT and NT equates Jesus with Abba Father (compare Isa. 43:11 with Titus 2:13; Isa. 44:24 with Col. 1:16; Isa. 6:1-5 with John 12:41).
Jesus himself created the angels (Col. 1:16; cf. John 1:3; Heb. 1:2, 10) and is worshiped by them (Heb. 1:6). 6. Accept that The Holy Spirit is God and is equal in the Trinity.False religion believe that the Holy Spirit is an impersonal force of God and not a distinct person.Biblically, however, the Holy Spirit has the three primary attributes of personality:
a mind (Rom. 8:27), emotions (Eph. 4:30), and will (1 Cor. 12:11).
teaching (John 14:26),
testifying (John 15:26),
commissioning (Acts 13:4),
issuing commands (Acts 8:29), and
interceding (Rom. 8:26).
Moreover, personal pronouns are used of him (Acts 13:2). Also, he does things that only a person can do, including:
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity (Matt. 28:19).
7. Accept that all who call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ will be saved, both Jews and Gentiles
False religion believe there are two peoples of God: (1) the Anointed Class (144,000) will live in heaven and rule with Christ; and (2) the “other sheep” (all other believers) will live forever on a paradise earth.
Biblically, however, a heavenly destiny awaits all who believe in Christ (John 14:1-3; 17:24; 2 Cor. 5:1; Phil.3:20; Col. 1:5; 1 Thess. 4:17; Heb. 3:1), and these same people will also dwell on the new earth (2 Pet. 3:13; Rev 21:1-4).
8. Accept that there is an eternal hell, and all people whose names are not written in the book of life will be tormented eternally in Hell with satan and his fallen angels
False Religion believe hell is not a place of eternal suffering but is rather the common grave of humankind. The wicked are annihilated—snuffed out of conscious existence forever.
Biblically, however, hell is a real place of conscious, eternal suffering (Matt. 5:22; 25:41, 46; Jude 7; Rev. 14:11; 20:10, 14).
9. Conclusion: Walking in the Spirit
John 14.26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.
Romans 8.26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.
John 14.15-17 “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you..
1 Cor 2.14 The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. Hence in
Galatians 5.16-26 - 16I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. 17For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. 18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
,
19Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: [d]adultery, [e]fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20idolatry sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, 21envy, [f]murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23[g]gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. 24And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, envying one another.

1 Cor 2.14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only
2. About Self Control and Faithfulness
(the following information relating to self-control and faithfulness is extracted from https://biblehub.com/ study tool)
2.1 Self Control Transliteration: egkrateia
Phonetic Spelling: (eng-krat'-i-ah)Definition: mastery, self-controlUsage: self-mastery, self-restraint, self-control, continence.
2.2 Faithfulness - Transliteration: pistis
Phonetic Spelling: (pis'-tis)Definition: faith, faithfulnessUsage: faith, belief, trust, confidence; fidelity, faithfulness.
Faith (4102/pistis) is always a gift from God, and never something that can be produced by people. In short, 4102/pistis ("faith") for the believer is "God's divine persuasion" – and therefore distinct from human belief (confidence), yet involving it. The Lord continuously births faith in the yielded believer so they can know what He prefers, i.e. the persuasion of His will (1 Jn 5:4).
Faith (4102/pistis) is also used collectively – of all the times God has revealed (given the persuasion of) His will, which includes the full revelation of Scripture (Jude 3). Indeed, God the Lord guarantees that all of this revelation will come to pass! Compare Mt 5:18 with 2 Tim 3:16.]
1. The root of 4102/pistis ("faith") is 3982/peithô ("to persuade, be persuaded") which supplies the core- meaning of faith ("divine persuasion"). It is God's warranty that guarantees the fulfillment of the revelation He births within the receptive believer (cf. 1 Jn 5:4 with Heb 11:1).
Faith (4102/pistis) is always received from God, and never generated by us.
Ro 12:3: "For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith (4102/pistis)" (NASU).
Eph 2:8,9: " For by grace you have been saved through faith (4102/pistis); and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9not as a result of works, so that no one may boast" (NASU).
Gal 5:22,23: "22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith (4102/pistis), 23gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law."
2 Thes 1:11: "To this end (glorification) – indeed each time we pray about (peri) you for the purpose (hin) of our God counting you worthy of the call – even that He may fulfill (His) every good-pleasure that comes from (His) goodness and work of faith, in (His) ability."
But the righteous will live in his faith" (= 4102/pistis, "faith from the Lord").
More on what faith is . . . and isn't from biblehub study tool
In Scripture, faith and belief are not exactly the same. Faith always comes from God and involves His revelation therefore faith is beyond belief!
Faith is God's work; faith is never the work of people. We cannot produce faith ourselves, nor can we "drum it up at will." Rather, faith comes as Christ speaks His rhçma-word within (see Ro 10:17, Gk text).
In all of Scripture, only the term faith is ever used in the following way: Ro 14:23: Whatever is not of faith (4102/pistis) is sin." Heb 11:6: "And without faith (4102/pistis) it is impossible to please God.

from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth—
15
he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do.
16
No king is saved by the size of his army; no warrior escapes by his great strength.
17
A horse is a vain hope for deliverance; despite all its great strength it cannot save.
18
But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love,
19
to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20
We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.
21
In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name.
22
May your unfailing love be with us, Lord, even as we put our hope in you.

'Therefore Go'
Our vision is to get the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ Son of God to people of every language group across the world and in such away that All can hear, see and experience Christ's Love for themselves.
This map gives an idea of our current reach. Bit by bit, we are attaining this vision.
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
