Introduction of Women of Africa Care On Air mission 
Our FRIENDS Programme vision is “A generation of empowered young girls and women in their place of purpose and are role models of excellence and Integrity!” 
Our FRIENDS movement is to transform communities and nations through the “See one, Do one and Teach one” mission. The desired outcome is “You raise a woman, you raise a community,” You raise the youth, you raise the next generation.” WOAC’s 8 levels of Empowerment is illustrated in the building levels diagram below: 
 
   
The results of the empowerment levels are a Proverbs 31 woman qualified in the diagram below: A woman who is self-actualised has moment, she has mobility, she is active. Our mission on WOAC On Air and our Studio programmes is to raise up women and young girls to find their place of purpose and have a fulfilling life. 
 
 
Our TOPIC for today’s episode is - Love is A Verb i.e., loves; loved; loving 
“To feel great affection for (someone): to feel love for (someone)” Brittanica.com 
 
Oprah Winfrey Quote – “Love is a verb. Is there admiration and respect? If there isn’t then there is no love. Love is not a feeling it is a behaviour; it is how a person acts and how they treat you.” 
Behaviour – How do we treat others; how do we act?  “A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.” Luke 6.45 
Do you love yourself?  
“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 
 
The Greatest of them is Love 
“If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing. 
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 
8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.  And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”  1 Corinthians 13.1-13 
 
 
Success factors to being accepted and loved lies in these 2 scriptures: 
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” Matthew 22-37-40 
 
Proverbs 14.1 Every wise woman buildout her house: But the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.” 
Obedience is better than sacrifice. Obedience protects us. 
The Wise and Foolish Builders

When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. 49 But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete.” Luke 6.46

Ladies, “The starting point to developing into a Proverbs 31 woman is “establishing your identity Christ.” You have to know and believe who you are in Christ.”
“Gospel 4 Grampian young girls and women, God says “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29.11
Young Girls God wants you to know” Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9
“Let go of rebellion, stubbornness, complaining, unbelief, grumpiness, seek God, turn from your wicked ways and pray and God will heal your land.” We are our enemy of success through negative hearts. “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them, he delivers them from all their troubles.”

Izak joined Rob on a Skype call to tell what God has been doing in his life.  Izak and his team now regularly take to the streets of towns and communities in South Africa where God has been with them and showing Izak that he is able to do amazing things.

Gospel4You - ’It Is Written - Noble Character’

Our program today follows on from last Monday's theme - A Wife of Noble Character which is found in Proverbs 31.  Christian Campbell joined Rob in the studio during Gospel Cafe - A program on Gospel4Grampian Radio.  Here we look more fully at Proverbs 31 verses 1-31.
The words, "It is written"were spoken by  Jesus Christ and invokes God’s Word.
We are believing that the Bible is God inspired and believe everything written in the Bible that it stands as it is and that when we invoke God’s Word as Jesus did, God honours it but we have to read it in context.

Women of Africa Care

Rob was joined recently on Zoom by Angelina and Ruth who are two of the main officers who head up Women of Africa Care.  These good ladies have a real heart for intercession but their heart is much bigger.  Angelina began WOAC several years ago but it went into limbo. In the last year or so, it was revived and now goes from strength to strength with intercession at its heart.
During the intervening time, Angelina gained a much better insight into business and empowerment. Women of Africa Care has a heart towards the betterment of Socio economic conditions in both South Africa, America and Australasia and ensure clean alternative energy. WOAC has a heart towards the self actualisation of women and youth with the aim that those they help might help. impact and empower others. 
It will be inspiring to see how Women of Africa Care work in the future to enable people to live their lives to the full.  This is really at the heart of Gospel4Grampian to encourage and foster Lives lived to the full - John 10:10.  Imagine a world where people can hear, see, experience and accept the Gospel for themselves.

Proverbs 31:10-31
 
It is written invokes God’s Word.
We are believing that the Bible is God inspired and believe everything written in the Bible that it stands as it is and that when we invoke God’s Word as Jesus did, God honours it but we have to read it in context.
In this text from Proverbs 31 - we find out what God regards as honourable in a wife. 
 
 
Epilogue: The Wife of Noble Character
10 
[b]A wife of noble character who can find?    She is worth far more than rubies.
11 
Her husband has full confidence in her    and lacks nothing of value.
12 
She brings him good, not harm,    all the days of her life.
13 
She selects wool and flax    and works with eager hands.
14 
She is like the merchant ships,    bringing her food from afar.
15 
She gets up while it is still night;    she provides food for her family    and portions for her female servants.
16 
She considers a field and buys it;
    out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 
She sets about her work vigorously;
    her arms are strong for her tasks.
18 
She sees that her trading is profitable,
    and her lamp does not go out at night.
19 
In her hand she holds the distaff
    and grasps the spindle with her fingers.

She opens her arms to the poor
    and extends her hands to the needy.

When it snows, she has no fear for her household;

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
    but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

Honor her for all that her hands have done,
    and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.
 
Perhaps having read this we might take a leaf out of this and think about our own lives. Let’s do so in context of 
The Gospel as in John 3:16 
 
God loves each one of us people, weak and flawed as we are that he gave HIs one and Only Son Jesus Christ to be a perfect sinless sacrifice in our place so that when we believe and confess Christ as Lord and Saviour, we can be made right with God.  When we do accept Christ Jesus into our lives, Our brokenness and vulnerabilities are used by God along with our skills, our attributes,  our character to be a new person. 
 
When we think of the attributes of a noble wife in whom God is pleased.  Through Christ, we can be made pleasing to God.
This reminds me of the list of attributes I wrote out and prayed for regarding a girl friend and then a wife in the shape of my wonderful wife Helen. God ticked all of those attributes but His plan for each of us higher better than we can ever think of, imagine or pray for.  Jeremiah 29:11
