Try Praying began in obedience to God.  As that  obedience was worked out through David Hill, many things became possible very quickly as people were encouraged to pray and see results.

Our heart is to bring The Gospel - The Good news of Salvation made possible by Jesus Christ Son of God to as many people as we can.  This is in obedience to Matthew 28:18-20 where Jesus told believers to go out into all the world and make disciples of all men.
