Power Hour - Live Your Life As if
Saturday Sep 12, 2020
Saturday Sep 12, 2020
Power Hour is about applying God's Word in Prayer.
Today our theme is Live your Life as if...this was your last day of life on earth. What might you think? What might you do differently?
Matthew 13 - Jesus speaks both in parables and directly to his disciples about both The Kingdom of Heaven and hell as very real places.
We pray about this scripture for clarity and impact into people's hearts.

Live Your Life as If?
Thursday Sep 10, 2020
Thursday Sep 10, 2020
Live Life as if?
What is our goal in life?
What do we believe?
Do we believe in a God.
Many people say all roads lead to God.
Many do not believe in any God - On a garment - I saw today were the words ‘ Mega Death, So What?’
Christians believe that God so Loved The world that he sent his one and only Son
That whosoever believes shall not perish but shall have ever lasting life. John 3:16
We believe in Jesus Christ as Son of God to be our Lord and Saviour. We believe that there is no other way apart from Jesus what Christ did by dying on the Cross at Calvary for all the things we as humans have done wrong our Sin , said wrong, our wrong attitudes and the things we have failed to do. We believe that we are sinners saved by Grace.
We believe that God’s Love extends to all who believe in their heart and confess with their mouths that God sent Jesus Christ to die on the Cross for all people for all have sinned and fall short of God’s standards. John 3:16 says that For God so Loved the world that He sent his One and only Son.
We Believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for all who believe and confess and that He rose again from death and now sits at God’s right hand and is constantly interceding for us.
That means that because of His Sacrifice that He made Christ has been deemed worthy of being able to intercede on our behalf, when God sees those who believe, He sees his Son’s sacrifice and accepts us as part of His family in His Kingdom.
This means that Christ Jesus has paid the price of our sin on our behalf. There is nothing we can give or do on our own to make us right with God.
What does God require of us is that first we Love The Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and our neighbour as ourselves. Part of Loving God is believing and Trusting in God’s promises. If we have Love then the Good works we do in Faith proceed from this love.
The way of the Christian leads to God on the throne of mercy and Grace.
Other roads lead to God on the seat of judgement.
What if we lived today as though it was our last? What would happen to our souls after death? That depends on our choices and actions today.

'Therefore Go'
Our vision is to get the Good News of Salvation through Jesus Christ Son of God to people of every language group across the world and in such away that All can hear, see and experience Christ's Love for themselves.
This map gives an idea of our current reach. Bit by bit, we are attaining this vision.
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
